Fleet Risk Audit

Know where your driving for work programme stands. In about 90 minutes of your time.

The DriverFocus Fleet Risk Audit scores your organisation against the RSA, HSA and An Garda Síochána guidance "Driving for Work: Risk Management Guidance for Employers", July 2025. You answer 86 questions about how you run the programme. We score them, set out what the answers say about your organisation and give you a plan with the first fixes in priority order.

What You Get

Three documents, 10 working days after your completed workbook comes back.

• A findings report: your benchmark score, your score in each section and a reading of what the pattern of answers means for your organisation.

• A board summary: a short document a director, auditor or insurer can read without the detail.

• A Fleet Safety Action Plan: your gaps turned into actions under Plan, Do and Review, sorted into Instruction, Information, Training and Supervision, in priority order.

Benchmarked against the published Irish guidance

Sections 1 to 4 of the workbook reproduce the RSA Appendix B employer gap analysis checklist word for word. The remaining sections cover grey fleet, claims, data and programme governance, drawn from DriverFocus experience of good practice in the Irish market.

When your leadership team or board asks what you were measured against, you can name the document.

A score you can repeat

The instrument is fixed. Run it again next year and the two scores are directly comparable, so you can show that the programme moved rather than assert it.

Price

€1,250+VAT covers both workbooks, the scoring and all three documents.

Special introductory rate of €595 for audits commissioned before 31 December 2026.

It is a self-audit. No site visit, no document review

You complete the workbook. We do not ask for your policies, your risk assessments or your training records and we do not read them.

That keeps your time commitment to about 90 minutes, it keeps the cost down and it means nothing of yours leaves your organisation except the answers you choose to give.

Grey fleet, scored in its own right

Grey fleet is where most Irish employers have the least visibility and it is usually the larger population.

It is scored as a dedicated block with its own questions, rather than by asking you to answer every question twice.

Honest about what a self-audit can do

We do not read your documents, so we cannot confirm that what you describe exists. We also cannot tell you how you compare with your peers: nobody in this market holds a validated benchmark dataset for Irish fleets and we will not present an invented average as though it were one.

What the audit gives you is a consistent score against a published standard, a reading of it from people who work in Irish fleet risk every day and a plan you can work through.
