How ALLY GUARANTEED Savings Works

We are confident that your business can only gain by using ALLY Eco. So, we offer you the option to cancel your ALLY Eco service and claim a refund of the full annual service fee, if you have not saved at least this amount within your first 90 days.

The only “ask” of this guarantee is that you use ALLY Eco as recommended i.e. your colleagues who drive regularly use the app and you have some form of Eco Driving Support Programme (“EDSP”). If you’re looking for some EDSP pointers, please see our SAVE A TONN€ resource.

To claim a refund, simply email us details of your EDSP and share your “before and after ALLY efficiency metrics, which likely include:

  • Fuel use (in L/100kms)

  • Motor insurance claims and

  • SMR (vehicle servicing, maintenance and repairs) data for all relevant cars or vans.

This guarantee is based on your cost data (excluding unit price rises and other non-recurring running costs, such as annual payments).

As savings are real but hard to quantify in smaller fleets and shorter timeframes, we include a value equal to your fuel-savings to recognise the avoidance of “uninsured losses”.

Refund claims may only be made up to day 120 from date of initial service delivery (i.e. when ALLY plugs were delivered to you).
