What’s my DAN
(Driver Account Number)?

To setup ALLY, you need your mobile number and DAN. If you have forgotten your DAN, you can retrieve it by entering your email address here.

Alternatively, you can login to your account at https://www.allydrive.com and find it under the “MySettings” tab.

How do I setup ALLY on my phone?

For first-time users or if you wish to reinstall ALLY, perhaps on a new device, here are links to the relevant setup guides.

Tip: we recommend you take five to 10 minutes to go through these steps sequentially, to avoid you spending longer troubleshooting.

How do I manually add a trip for BIK purposes?

If you’re using ALLY Mileage and want to manage the reporting of your business trips, you can do so via the ALLYDRIVE.com portal.
