“We introduced ALLY last year and I’d happily recommend it to other Finance/HR teams. The functionality is great and really simplifies the BIK process.  We have a reasonably high number of drivers so being able to download one report from the system for our BIK calcs rather than getting all the mileage logs over email saves a lot of time.

The system flags or restricts journeys starting or ending from home so these offsets no longer need to be manually calculated which saves everyone time while also ensuring tax compliance.

The customer service from the ALLY team has been 10/10 – they respond really quickly to queries both from our drivers and from us and are very open to feedback and suggestions for new features/system improvements.

There was, of course, a settling in period as everyone got used to the app but most of the drivers that I’ve spoken with recently have commented that it’s much quicker than the old way of using spreadsheets”
